Meet Our Staff
Ms. Naureen
Director
Ms. Naureen has moved around quite a bit in her life. She was born in Saudi Arabia but moved to London, England when she was 5 years old. After finishing high school, her family moved to Houston, Texas, where the majority of her family still resides. After moving to Michigan when she got married and having their first child, Ms, Naureen and her husband finally settled in Hilliard. Her oldest daughter attends Michigan State University and the younger two attend Hilliard schools. Ms. Naureen shares her home with 3 cats: Louie, Leia, and Libby. In her spare time, she spends most of her evenings and weekends watching her younger kids play club sports: soccer, baseball, and high school track. If you ask Ms. Naureen why she chose the childcare field, she will tell you that working with children is so fulfilling; children are so honest, forgiving, and resilient that being around them makes her a better person.
Her birthday is Dec. 3rd!
Ms. Angel
Bus Driver & School Age
Ms. Angel is a local Hilliard girl! She attended Hilliard schools and now currently resides here with her husband and 3 children. A dog named Dixie rounds out her family. Ms. Angel is an avid camper and loves attending baseball games in her free time. She keeps herself busy by pursuing a degree in Communications and Accounting from The Ohio State University. She graduated spring of 2024! Ms. Angel is also a savvy businesswoman; she owns an apparel company providing personalized wares to her customers. She chose to enter the childcare field because she loves to try new adventures!
Her birthday is November 20th!
Ms. April
Cook
Ms. April hails from Washington Court House but currently lives in with her boyfriend and 3 children in West Jefferson. She also shares her home with 2 dogs; Madison and Molly. Ms. April also has a koi pond in her backyard! Ms. April is a self-professed “Swiftie”; she is indeed a super-fan. She also is a huge fan of the Twilight series and likes to spend time doing diamond-art painting. Though Ms. April spends her time in the kitchen these days, she originally got into the childcare field because she loves seeing children grow and develop skills over the years.
Her birthday is January 29th!
Ms. Nagham
Wobblers
Ms. Nagham is from Baghdad, Iraq. She is married and has 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls! She also has 1 bird named Keecko. Ms. Nagham likes to cook, garden and decorate her home. Her favorite holiday decor is Christmas! Ms. Nagham loves to play a significant role in the early development of children, helping them learn and grow in a nurturing environment.
Her birthday is July 16th!
Ms. Elizabeth

Ms. Elizabeth hails from Flatgap, KY but has been living in Ohio from a very young age. Her family, a brother, and 3 sisters still live in Kentucky. Ms. Elizabeth’s hobbies include writing, crafting, and exercising. She loves trivia and spending time with her 3 cats, Braveheart, Explorer, and Wildcat. Ms. Elizabeth chose to work with children because she finds toddlers and their passion for learning so infectious!
Ms. Liyan
Preschool I
Ms. Liyan moved from Amman, Jordan in 2017, where she went to university for Elementary Education. She lives in Dublin with her parents, a brother, and a sister. Studying Elementary Education suggests she has a passion for nurturing young minds, and living in Dublin offers her a chance to experience a different educational system and culture.Ms. Liyan is the baby of the family. Ms. Liyan enjoys reading and frequenting coffee shops in the area. She is learning how to cook and bake. Ms. Liyah has a huge heart for children.

Ms. T'Shana

Ms. T’Shana is from Atlanta, Georgia. She currently lives in Columbus with no kids and no pets. She has 2 sisters. Ms. T’Shana is a vibrant and creative individual. She enjoys art. This passion enhances her interactions with children, as art is a fantastic way to engage them and stimulate their imagination. She likes to watch Disney movies. Her fondness for Disney movies hints at a playful side and an appreciation for storytelling, which can be incredibly effective in connecting with kids. Disney films often convey important life lessons, making them great tools for teaching and bonding. She chooses to work with children because it can be such a rewarding experience watching them grow.

Ms. Nariman

Ms. Nariman is originally from Jordan and moved to the United States in 2012. She lives in Hilliard with her husband and a daughter who attends Hilliard schools. She also has 2 older children who live out of state. Ms. Nariman shares her home with a cat named Oakley. Ms. Nariman has always loved children from an early age. She believes she is able to bond and connect with children of all ages. In her free time, Ms. Nariman likes to spend time with her family and shopping.

Ms. Kayva is from India! She has 1 kid and no pets. Ms. Kayva has a vibrant life filled with creativity and joy! Her passion for music, cooking, and crafts likely brings a lot of happiness to her. She chooses to work with children because she believes spending time with kids can be incredibly rewarding. They bring so much joy, creativity, and spontaneity into our lives

Ms. Kristian is from Portsmouth, Ohio. She currently resides in Columbus with no kids or pets. Ms. Kristen loves to read! She also has a wonderful background with children! Her experience in babysitting since she was 15, combined with her love for reading, makes her a great candidate for engaging with kids. Her experiences and love for reading can truly make a positive impact on the children she interacts with. She often gets called “The best!”.

Ms. Mona moved to the United States in 2007 from Kessrwan, Lebanon. She was a preschool teacher in a private school for 20 years! Ms. Mona has been working in the childcare field in Ohio since 2011. She loves to take care of the babies as if they were her own. Ms. Mona lives in Hilliard with her husband. She enjoys going to the gym, walking, reading, and watching her shows on tv.
Ms. Dawn
Bus Driver
Ms. Dawn is from Cleveland, Ohio. She currently lives in Hilliard with her 5 children! She has 3 girls (2) (10) & (12) and 2 boys (7) & (13)! Ms. Dawn enjoys knitting, sewing and playing video games. She believes children see things in a magical way & they inspire her to look at things differently. These activities not only align with Ms. Dawn’s interests but also nurture her children’s creativity and help them see the world through a magical lens.
